Tazers
Tazers and the over use by Police Officers...
Recently in my city a 15 year old boy who weighed 135 pounds and stood 5'10 was tazered by Police Officers. The cops picked up the kid for being out after a court ordered curfue. The cops placed the young man in hand cuffs and placed him in the back seat of the cop car.
Once the boy was put in the back seat of the cop car he "apparently" was trying to get out and this is when one of the officers tazered the boy and "apparently" laughed about it. The young man was tazered twice while in handcuffs and in the back seat of the car. In my opinion this force was definitely not needed as the boy is so young... and was already in cuffs and in the back seat of the car. My opinion is the cops should have just closed the door of the car.. end of situation. |
